Career

Selected roles

I have spent my career where finance meets operations: building forecasts leadership trusts, cutting reporting cycles and redesigning cost structures. The same discipline now goes into owner-led businesses that cannot justify a full-time CFO.

How I work

The decision comes before the solution.

A problem is usually visible long before its cause is understood. Cash gets unpredictable. Margin falls without a useful explanation. Reports take days to assemble and settle nothing. Someone proposes an AI tool for a workflow nobody has defined.

I start by separating the symptom from the cause, then decide the smallest set of changes most likely to move the result. Sometimes that is a reporting rebuild, sometimes ownership and cadence, sometimes a process fix, and sometimes the right answer is to defer the project. The response depends on the facts of your business, not on a template.

A good fit

You run or lead a business with a problem that has real consequences: unreliable cash, margin pressure, books you cannot trust, reporting that does not support decisions, a transaction or capital decision on the table, or a workflow that may justify automation.

You can share enough context to look at the situation honestly, and you are prepared to change a process, a routine or a decision practice if the numbers support it.

Outside the scope

Legal advice, tax opinions, investment advice, generic business coaching, software resale, and AI demonstrations without a defined use case. You keep your CPA; I make their job easier.

The claims here are specific enough to check.

Consultgenix publishes case evidence, client context and results only where the facts are accurate and the client has agreed. Until a client has agreed, there are no stock testimonials, invented counts or unsupported claims on this site.
